Warranty

Central Fiber® LLC (“Central Fiber”) represents and warrants that its products are manufactured in accordance with the published specifications as provided at www.centralfiber.com and that its products will be free from all material defects at the time of delivery. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Central Fiber’s sole obligation will be, at its option, to either refund the purchase price or provide replacement products that are in accordance with the published specifications. Any material defects must be reported to Central Fiber® in writing within fifteen (15) days after discovery thereof, but in no event later than six (6) months after the date of manufacture.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. FURTHER, IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT IN NO CASE WILL CENTRAL FIBER’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Central Fiber® BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Products for which a warranty claim is made must be returned at the purchasers’ expense to Central Fiber® for analysis at one of Central Fiber’s manufacturing locations. Any use of Central Fiber’s products that is not in accordance with product directions and precautionary statements, failure to properly store the products, or any alteration by the purchaser of the products other than addition of Central Fiber® brand additives in accordance with Central Fibers instructions, shall void this warranty.
